I've led an interesting life and it just keeps getting more interesting the older I get. I'm expecting my first ankle biter soon, so don't be overly surprised if some of the reviews and articles I write are baby related...it's sort of taking over my life.
My interests are varied, not to put too fine a point on it...almost everything interests me. There are a few exceptions to this though.
I don't mind reality TV for the most part, though my favorite is by far Big Brother. Don't be surprised if I create a Big Brother category to deal with this odd infatuation I have in a way that can be avoided if you so desire. There are quite a few television shows that I really enjoy, so while there may not be seperate categories for all of them, there'll likely be a vast collection of thoughts, rants and opinions on shows.
Wrestling used to interest me, though honestly, now it's more like the sideshow it used to be than anything that generates a whole lot of interest with me. Though I will comment from time to time, but probably only on the TNA franchise as their women wrestlers are actually women wrestlers and not playboy cover models, I really wish Nattalie Neidhart would move over to TNA in that respect. She's a great wrestler and I don't want to see her naked. Call me quirky.
Video games are of great interest to me. Notice how I tried to sound educated there for a moment? Probably over-compensating a bit for not being a drooling 12 year old reveling in both racism and homophobia while 'safely' hiding behind the annonymity of a gamertag. Be that as it may, I have high standards I hold video games to. Being in the HD gaming generation, I still expect my games to be as fun as they are pretty. Crazy, I know.
Movies. That's right, just movies. I love them. Even the really bad ones can have redeeming quality. Of course, there are some that I wish I hadn't watched or even heard of. They're few and far between though and I'm always heading out to movies, or renting movies, or watching movie channels all lazy Sunday. Glorious movies.
Technology...how I love you. Everything from state of the art home audio and video to iPads to internet radio and all points in between. I've been an amateur computer technician for over 20 years now and there isn't much my family haven't done to these poor devices that I can't fix...even after I've made them as safe as possible for them.
I could go on, but I think I've covered most of the important parts. So read on, I should have updates daily at this point as I'm always running across something that captures my fleeting attention long enough to have an opinion.
